Building The Perfect Kitchen for Gelato Love
During 2019 we had the pleasure of working with GelatoLove to construct a unique space specifically suited to their commercial kitchen needs. Combing 2 of our suites together gave us the necessary room to accommodate the need for a commercial kitchen for the production of Gelato, as well as the creation of a tasting area with seating in the front of the space for customer comfort. A floor to ceiling glass partition divides the 2 areas allowing Gelato Guests to view the Gelato Making Process first hand. This has become a big hit with Gelato lovers and the Carlsbad Gateway Center community likeminded businesses as well.

Paola Richard – President and CEO: Paola’s previous experience owning and operating Gaia Gelato in Carlsbad, CA was the inspiration for GelatoLove. She saw a need in the food community for a healthier choice of high-quality artisan gelato made with only the best natural ingredients. GelatoLove combines Paola’s passion for the environment, people, and the delicious food traditions of her native Italy.
