About the Property
Carlsbad Gateway Center consists of nine buildings on a single 16.5 acre parcel located alongside the eastern side of El Camino Real in between the cross streets of Faraday Avenue and Cougar Drive. A two-story office building is located in the northwest corner of the site and eight industrial and warehouse buildings are located on the majority of the site.
